2007 MISFIT WINE South East Australian BRUJERIA Red Wine

BRUJERIA (Misfit) South East Australian Red Wine, $14.99-$19.99, 88+ points,  reminds me of a fruit-forward Spanish wine from La Mancha; it is bright ruby red, the aroma is cinnamon and clove-spice, the flavor has some candy hints, and is a fruity blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Tempranillo, all very nicely balanced, finishing in a long spiced, mellow mocha-espresso. Flavor is the goal of the Misfit wine co, and I would say that they've succeeded.
Don't let that ugly face on the bottle trick you; what's in there is better than a bag full of Hersey-chocolate bars. If you have a few extra "green backs" and want something for your Halloween steak and fries, this will be a conversation piece, as well as a good and different Red wine.

This addition to my Halloween wines is cradled like a baby by a new model, one who could easily match George Louis Costanza's hands at the "Hand-modeling agency". Thank you NM for your help!

(I have not seen this wine in NH)
