Georges Vigouroux Château de Haute-Serre Cahors 2011 Malbec (France)

Georges Vigouroux Château de Haute-Serre Cahors 2011 Malbec (France),
$19.79-$21.99, 88 points, was opaque trending a deep purple/red color toward the clear wine ring and moderately leggy glass bowl.
The floral potpourri aroma was accented with a hint of cedar and blueberry.
Near full-bodied with good acidity, firm grainy tannins, and a seemingly understated 13.5% alcohol marched, excepting tobacco and warm spices, all the flavors into oblivion.
Paired fine with our burgers and nachos.
I bought this Malbec at the Whole Foods of Bedford.
