HKG Russian River NV Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé Wine, $13.57-$27.99, 88 points, poured with a full head of medium sized bubbles releasing an intense strawberry aroma; color was rich shades of silky salmon pink.
Light-bodied with mouthwatering acidity and fair cherry/raspberry and truncated strawberry flavors.
Finished well on the trailing palate and a balanced 12.5% alcohol.
Paired fine with my spicy bean/ beef burrito and nutty nougat roll, but less so with my fruit salad.
