Laurent Kraft 2016 Vouvray (Loire, France)

Laurent Kraft 2016 Vouvray (Loire, France),  $18.90-$20.79, 91 points, was a medium glossy gold color.
Shy aromas of yellow stone fruit and pome blossoms were okay.
Light-bodied with mouthwatering acidity bolstered the delicate, ever-so slightly sweet, flavors of slate, apricot, and peach.
Finished long and spicy with lively ginger, the slowly fading palate, and a remarkably restrained 12% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my Atlantic sea scallops and chips.
I bought this Vouvray (Chenin Blanc) at the Harvest Market of Bedford.
