Casa del Valle 'Orquestal' 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (La Mancha, Spain)

Casa del Valle 'Orquestal' 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (La Mancha, Spain), $11.89-$28.99, 89 points, poured an opaque sienna color grading brighter at the bleeding clear wine ring and spiral sheeted glass wall.
Aromas of cedar, soft floral notes, and a bit of the farm were okay.
Medium-bodied with good acidity and a firm underlayment of tannin carried earthy truffle flavors with a touch of tobacco and loads, tons of peppery spice which followed-through deep into the finish nuanced with a hint of mint and pomegranate.
If you like pepper, this is a great value Cabernet Sauvignon.

Christmas is a beautiful expression of reconciliation, so let there be song!
